I had a combination Italian/Indian dinner

I had leftover pumpkin curry soup which I reduced to a sauce. I added chopped chicken, cauliflower pieces and for an Italian flair, mushroom and ricotta tortellini.

It was sooooooooo good!

We went out last night. DC and I put together an appetizer meal. He had boneless buffalo wings and chicken wonton tacos and I had chicken wonton tacos and a salad. I also had half of a $1 Long Island iced tea. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they didn't skimp on the alcohol. Water also for both of Us. No leftovers but neither of Us were overstuffed either. Perfect!

I made salad - mixed salad greens with kale, diced clove of garlic, red onion, chicken and dressing.
I made a muffin - made of ground flaxseed, egg, cinnamon, with butter for dessert.

I have an infection and know the garlic and onion can be healing.

We walked to get pizza and then crossed the parking lot to get ice cream. Made a stop to the dollar store for sugar-free tidbits and cash to give the guy sitting outside of the store playing a mandolin.

We are smiling ....that we can walk to get dinner.
