I'm having a small salad tonight too. I used two leaves of organic romaine, broccoli cabbage carrot slaw mix, blueberries, blackberries, two six minute eggs (sliced) and some smoked salmon. I made a Thai peanut sauce dressing for my salad. And, I sprinkled Chia seeds, flax seeds and chopped walnuts on top, with a few Sesame Everything Tahini sticks too. *** Yummmmmy ***

Tonight was a fun dinner! I had two pieces of toasted sourdough bread; one sprinkled with a shredded cheese blend, some watermelon cubes sprinkled with sea salt, water to drink and two small sandwich wraps of romaine, roast beef and smoked turkey with just a dash of light OG dressing.
