The pork is in the crockpot, simmering away to become carnitas.
On the stove is green peppers, serrano peppers, onions, tomatillos,and that's going to become the salsa verde.

Sugar free peach jello, a'chillin in the refrigerator.

I had cheese enchiladas, Tex Mex style, a beef chalupa dressed, and a bunch of sweet tea. Oh em gee....not a good idea to eat all that food but I was with my friends from work and we were hootin' and hollerin' and eatin' and well dangit.

Tomorrow I will eat nothing but veggies and water. I will be good.
