It was supposed to be soup but I had a nasty migraine midday and only picked at my lunch. Dinner started out fine enough, finishing the pasta from lunch and then having some Cheez-Its and a few gummy bears. Then I cracked open the Turkey Hill and it was all over.

stuffed cubanelle peppers ~ with rice parm. cheese & hamburg ~ cooked in diced tomatoes that was rendered in bacon ~ w/ the left over filling I made raviolis for my grandson.

Left over Chinese food. I hate it when people say left over Chinese and then just leave it at that because how many Chinese people did you have for dinner when they were still fresh. This is pretty hypocritical as I'm sure somewhere along the way I've done it myself. Probably la lot.

I'm keeping it super simple by having a fresh organic garden salad, with all my favorite toppings and a slight trace of Orange Miso dressing.

I might even have a sip or two of Pinot Gris.
