Last night we had Sweet Kale salad w/ pine nuts and poppy-seed dressing.

Tonight, we plan to have grilled Salmon steaks and more of the Sweet Kale salad.

Water to drink.

Maybe a glass of freshly made Lime-ade too.

I had sirloin, sour cream and chives mashed potatoes, corn and a salad. Then I had a yogurt. And then half a bag of Goldfish crackers. Not sure why I have the munchies but they hit hard tonight. Water to drink. 13 cups total for the day!

We had fish fillets, boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, coleslaw, and fries. A home-made brownie for dessert. It was yummy but I am stuffed. Nap time.
