I'm trying to squeeze in as many more grilled dinners as I can before it's too cold to do so. Tonight will be grilled salmon and brussels sprouts from our garden. There will be a lot of brussels sprouts this week as I need to harvest all that remains, about 6 very tall stalks, before we get our first freeze later this week.

I picked up salmon patties and Kaiser rolls today along with some avocado, butter lettuce, cheese slices, tomato, to make salmon burgers. Also ingredients to make a lemon, pepper and mayonnaise blend spread which sounded weird until I tried it but it's actually pretty good. I already had whipping cream so I picked up some blueberries to serve along with banana slices for dessert. Coffee to drink. Unless I lazy out in which case It'll be El Monterey Chicken & Monterey Jack Cheese Chimichangas and a small side salad or scoop of cottage cheese just depending. Some canned pears with a sprinkle of Mexican cinnamon for dessert. Coffee to drink. I love Costco stuff.

It was a Dave's night! I picked up several things and now have a smorgasbord of delicious things to nibble. On tonight's menu, cauliflower potato salad, 4 bean salad, curry apple orzo salad, Mediterranean 4 bean salad, grilled veggies and butternut squash with apples and leeks.

I made a Thai chicken curry that didin’t look like the recipe I followed and didn’t taste all that great. So, I ordered Wendy’s and it was perfect after a lousy email.
