Last night, I had left over lentil soup and artichoke hearts. Tonight, I am making Tomato soup for me and Clam Chowder soup for the roomie.

It was even tastier today since the garlic and spices soaked into the sauce

Been under the weather so I made some chicken soup from broth, a chicken breast, a can of mushrooms and a can of corn. Came out pretty good actually after adding onion salt and some pepper. Also cooked up the 2 other chicken breasts in the package for dinners other nights. Can stretch those into 3 dinners, and the soup is good for 3. So 3 chicken breasts, 6 meals, 1/2 an hour. How is that for 30 minutes meals!
