Grilled hot dogs, same as lunch., organic , uncured , and freah baked buns.
also tried to make blackberry muffins gluten free. they came out terrible! yuk. I was experimenting.

I grilled a small steak,then had three veggies with it..chilled baby beets,green peas,sliced tomato with a dash of mayo for dressing..diet coke to drink.
