Ribeye steaks, romaine/basil salad, sugar snap peas with feta, cucumber and tomato salad and some KICKASS roasted new potato salad!

Since I just had an artichoke for lunch (the heat), for dinner I am planning to have rare grilled rack of lamb, barely steamed zucchini with sea salt, olive oil and basil, an heirloom tomato salad, a glass of Pinot Noir, and a sliver of almond pear galette for dessert, with espresso.

Im rewarmng the left over roast from yesterday,there are new potatos and carrots with it,my son can eat that but I had a big tomato/cuke /basil salad an hour ago so im not hungry.
