last night was brd garlic & herb fish on a wheat wrap with pepperjack cheese, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sour cream, fresh salsa, and avocado.

tonight umm maybe a 6 oz steak, grilled shrimp, and a salad.

I have boneless ribs marinateing in the fridge for tonight,my son will have corn on the cob with homemade garlic bread and i'll have a combo salad but no garlic bread...maybe a very small bit.

I thawed out a big piece of marinated skirt steak and made a meal around it

Took a can of diced tomatoes, fresh garlic and pulled the steak apart into large pieces, then I added black beans, a large jalapeno that I was drying out, added a few shakes of cumin and let it come to a boil in a pot. Turned down the heat to simmer and cooked it all about an hour. Put up a small pot of white rice, heated a few corn tortillas (less calories than bread and I don't have to add butter). Grabbed an A&W Root Beer and sat down to a yummy meal as some of my cats stared me down. Yes, I was strong and didn't share with them.....this time.

well I was pretty excited about my cheese burger but yours sounds way better!
