Subway Italian BMT! Been forever since I had one of them!! I forgot how good they were. One of the main reasons I stopped eating from Subway was because it didn't matter what sub I bought they all tasted the same!! LOL!

Last night was steaks on the grill topped w peppers n onions, fried taters, and cucumber salad.

Tonight was white wine chicken, baked potatoes, and garlic cauliflower!

I'm on a roll this week in the kitchen! Lol

guess I didn't fill up on a hamburger patty with a slice of sharp cheddar and ketchup and a salad with ranch. I came home and ate half a sandwich with deli cajun chicken breast and some bbq chips/

dessert is milk and oreos.

I'm very excited for dinner tonight! I made a pot of homemade black beans seasoned with jalapeno, poblano peppers, onions, garlic and cilantro and they turned out AWESOME... gonna use them, along with fresh spinach, corn, tomatilla salsa and pepper jack cheese for filling for enchiladas. Serving with rice and a bottle of lambrusco. Mmmmmmm!
