Jasmine brown Rice with home made Sweet’n’Sour Stir fry. Home made Lychee and Ginger vegan Chicken and home made Gelato with Chocolate sauce.

I'm gonna do some shrimp pad thai...with a baby spinach, mandarin orange, and toasted sesame seed salad, and w/a drizzle of Asian citrus dressing....and some Jasmine tea.

Rooster had requested beef stew a couple days ago...seemed an odd choice in hot weather, but hey...I always take requests.

I picked up a nice piece of beef shoulder (on sale and super cheap) the other day and wow did it come out nice!

I rolled the beef chunks in a little worcestershire sauce before I rolled it in the seasoned flour (salt, pepper and cumin)....and it came out super tender and flavorful.

Delicious!

Had an enormous lobster roll, lightly dressed, on a toasted roll... I have been soooooo looking forward to it and was not disappointed! For dessert, a toffee cookie. To drink, h2o.

SteakUms chopped up, with some sauteed vidalia onions and tri color sweet peppers and shredded cheese...with a fresh tomato in wedges lightly dusted with sea salt...yummmm...easy peasy
