We were naughty....chicken breasts, risotto with plenty of butter and parmesan....and sundaes for dessert made with the last of the peanut butter brownies, vanilla ice cream, and homemade hot fudge.

With the kid here visiting, I will confess, I have been slacking! So we had cubanitos yesterday, today was cubans for us and sonic for the kid... But tomorrow I vow to cook, and I already have it planned! Italian breaded chicken cutlets, au gratin potatoes, green beans, and homemade brownies for dessert

Pot Roast and it came out really yummy; I made gravy from the juice and the meat was practically falling apart. It cooked in the crock pot all day long while I was at work. nom, nom
