Hey Greyson,

I just call it skillet meatloaf for lack of a better name. I add an egg, minced garlic, Italian seasonings, chopped onions and bell pepper and (either crushed cereal, a few bread crumbs or crushed crackers...depending on what I have on hand) mix well form into patties and cook on the stove top til done to your likeness.

It's too hot and humid here to turn on the oven

I made us a nice ravioli with an apple-walnut pesto topping and shaved Parmesan. SB also had some peppered chicken to go with. SUPER yum...sweet and nutty.

For the moment, I am having a smoothie made with yogurt, frozen mixed fruit, banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Once I get cooled off, I'll figure out what's for dinner.

Tonight I will be grilling some shrimps, served with small roast garlic potatoes, a green salad, and thick slices of heirloom tomatoes. A glass of Chardonnay, and a walk to Haagen-Dazs ice-creamery for dessert!

I was fine all night at work, but once I got home, I totally scarfed some roasted red pepper hummus (which I apparently like now) and white corn chips plus tuna pecan salad plus QFC couscous (it's got all kinds of awesome yummy bits in it like cranberries and olives and herbs, etc) plus some pink lemonade.
