Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, french fries, cole slaw, and drop biscuits is what is being served at Casa de Snow this evening. Everybody is eating at different times tonight due to schedules and such.

Not sure what I am having for dinner tonight but lunch is going to consist of a rib eye steak 3 eggs over easy and garlic mashed potato pancake
Dinner will most likely be late again and be left over jambalaya with bread and butter...cooking for one is no fun even when you enjoy cooking like I do

herb chicken, spaghetti squash cakes (has green and red bell pepper, garlic, red onion, salt & pepper, egg whites and a pinch of flour to hold it together..fried in a pan until brown on each side) and asparagus...I think maybe angel hair pasta.

The drumstick is well loved around here. Tonight they will be marinated in a sauce i made with Sriracha sauce, citrus juices, soy sauce, and spices. Rice Almondine and steamed broccoli on the side.

I did end up making the spaghetti and meat sauce and some cheese bread in the oven. Was good and was STUFFED
