I made a asian inspired slaw-- cabbage, sugar snap peas, carrots, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, coconut aminos, red pepper. We'll eat with with seasoned ground beef and some steamed asparagus.

I have a big pot of Texas style chili cooking,I just took a big spoon full out to test and it is just right.My sinuses have been stopped up for days ,not any more
with the seasonings I put in the chili.I got chips, chopped onions,fresh shredded cheese and pepper on the side if you dare.
