Asheville is participating in its annual Dine to be Kind benefiting the local Humane Society. 15% of all sales are donated by 60 participating local restaurants.

So

I went to Ihop for linner..I had a southwestern club with turkey, bacon, LT on sourdough. Side of onion rings and some (not as good as mom's) minestrone soup. I ate only half of everything; my appetite still isn't great. BUT I did get a pannycake for dessert, cut it in fours and sampled all the syrups ( I hadnt been tobIhop in yearsss) I was shocked that I didn't
love the butter pecan...and DID love the strawberry...

and a chopped salad with Cardini's Caesar dressing...love that dressing

Edited to add: Doh! The salsa I made is pineapple and avocado, not mango.

I made some zucchini, summer squash, and sweet potato fritters.Then I made some pasta salad. So, perhaps, this combo with a side salad for dinner...no idea really.
