Cancer Support and Caregivers Who Are Trail Blazers!

My friend, who is also my co-worker, and I have signed up to do a Breast Cancer walk in Oct. Considering that both of us have gone thru our own fight, we are doing this together. We have rallied others. to walk with us. She was about 2 months ahead of discovering her cancer and she was very instrumental in me getting checked out myself. We were always comparing our treatments, symptoms and recovery. She got tattoos with pink ribbons. I'm left with radiation tattoo markers. I'm still wearing my pink bracelet.

Our going forward treatments are so very different but we still share the emotions. I'm looking forward to our walk and the camaraderie of others!
