If you want to keep him from switching your roller make sure it's a solid key lock. Otherwise, if he's a creative genius like myself he'll use his own keys/paperclips/pens/whatever is handy to spring the lock and pop open the cursed contraption. This is how me and my roomies never paid for toilet paper in undergrad. Go to the university with it's "locked toilet paper rollers," spring the lock and steal 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper for my own household That's right, I'm a seasoned toilet paper thief
