I ate 2 bagels and lots of pineapple philidelphia cream cheese spread on them.

burgers on the smoker...no bun for me....BUT a romaine leaf wrap.....it is the simplest of things that please me.....and steamed veggies for me...green veggies...

Having friends over to play card games, get in hot tub, and relaxing at home...

snowing here and my girls are both home, so nice. Made lasagna with marscapone cheese and waiting for the right time to eat. Also made buttermilk belgium waffles with bacon for breakfast. Nice to have them both to cook for.

I made saute chicken breast with veggies and stuffing on the side. I hadn't had stuffing in a long long time. And I forgot I got some for my Thanksgiving meal that I never made...so...voila. comfort food on a cold and snowy day..

I bought a roast beef sub from Publix deli with whole grain bread and London Broil roast beef with horseradish sauce and a buttload of veggies. They make the best subs!

We just finally got a Publix. They made such a big to do about opening thatI haven't been yet.
