Last night, I had most of a huge burrito from Moe's (on whole wheat, black beans, rice, sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions, steak, sour cream, guac, cheese, diced cukes and tomato, black olives and fresh salsa. Tomatillo sauce and mild salsa on the side with restaurant chips. Flavored water to drink.

I went to my favorite place and had the special
Grilled tilapia with sauteed broccoli, carrots and bell peppers in a Madras curry coconut sauce with rice. Served with banana chutney and garnished with Ming bean sprouts. I wrote it down verbatim since I could never remember it all. It was awesome. But I could've skipped the chutney...

I am making a grilled salmon salad with an orange vinaigrette.

Today was my day off and I made a big batch of chicken salad, a batch of egg salad, and I made my spouse a graham cracker pudding "ice box cake". So I will probably have egg salad with pork rinds here in a bit, and spouse had chicken salad sandwich with chips.

We went out to eat. I had a hamburger patty with cheddar cheese and grilled onions and a spring salad with vinaigrette.

Shrimp Salad...it had dill, green onion, sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, corn (boiled a small corn cob and removed the corn from the cob) lemon...slice of turkey bacon cut in small pieces...as dressing, fat free sour cream
and a small side of home made guacamole with one tostada...
