But, this time I'm going to pan sear it and have that along with some roasted Brussels sprouts. For dessert, I have an enormous Chilton County peach that I'm going to halve, roast, stuff with goat cheese and drizzle with honey. (That's the part I'm looking most forward to!)

A resident in the neighborhood where our station is located brought us a feast to beat all today. It was more than we could eat in one setting so we had leftovers for dinner. Brisket, beans and red potatoes make for some happy hose monkeys. It's nice to be appreciated.

I haven't been feeling well for weeks and my cooking tends to slow down to a crawl when it happens...So, tonight is a loaded baked potato. I'm not sure what I'll load mine with yet maybe some vegan sour cream and bacon bits (bacon bits are also vegan by default ..yay for me
