I roasted potatoes in the oven with olive oil, garlic and fresh rosemary.
Then I sauteed chicken and fresh green beans (which I've been craving!) with oil, butter and spices. Came out amazing...

I sauteed turkey kielbasa with fresh green beans and had a baked potato with it. It hit the spot. Trader Joe's Tahitian vanilla caramels for dessert

I had a small wrap stuffed with a mish mash I made the other night- some free range ground turkey cooked up with diced sweet potato, black beans, tomato, onion, and chili seasonings. It worked.
