I believe in quality over quantity..but they say variety is the spice of life

Is it better to keep one's emotions in check or wear your heart on your sleeve?

Keep em in check!
Is it better to be fat but happy and healthy, or thin but miserable and sick a lot?

I don't know that either situation is a good place to be in. I sometimes think that the duality of the English language sets us up with interesting ways of problem solving complex situations that may not always have our best interests at heart.

Is it better (IIB): to make tentative plans on a consistent basis or make no plans because you prefer in the moment spontaneity?

I myself tend to make tentative plans majority of the time.
IIB to try to make amends with someone after many years or just forget about it?

I try to make amends if I truly am sorry.

Is it better to take Tylenol or Advil for pain?

To be understood.

Is it better to stick with the same ole routine you are used to and works, or change and try something brand new?

Take 4 Tylenol chased down by 4 shots of vodka followed by 4 Advil chased down by 4 shots of vodka. When/if you come out of the coma, your pain should be gone... not sure why but I feel a need to add a disclaimer that I am not a doctor; this is a very stupid idea; and you definitely shouldn't do it.. I am joking. This is a joke. Do not take this seriously. Toss the pills, pour out the vodka ( maybe not all of it ) and go for a walk or eat a handful of kale.

IIB to take medical advice from a stranger on the internet or medical advice from a big Pharma shill on TV?
