I am having a homemade vegetable soup, which is simmering in a small crock pot. It's made with celery, carrots, tiny cloves of garlic, parsnips, and baby crimini mushrooms...the soup base is a vegetable broth, with a bit of Bragg's Amino acid sauce, a touch of organic apple cider vinegar, and a small handful of organic quinoa. I plan to have a small slice of the apple pie, for dessert. Water and herbal tea, to drink.

I cooked up a storm today. Korean bbq chicken, brazed beef with mushrooms, basmati rice, carrots, and Brussel sprouts. I also made pork taco meat.

Korean bbq chicken, rice, and veggies for dinner. Yummy ice cream for dessert.

Egg whites with shredded cheese, maybe a tbsp of bacon bits, minced onion and garlic powder and s&p. Two pieces of oat nut bread with honey peanut butter. Fuji apple flavored water.

I baked a huge fillet of Atlantic Cod, yesterday....enough fish to have for a few meals. I also made a non-dairy Dill sauce, as a condiment for the fish. I plan on having a small garden salad tonight, some of the Atlantic Cod, and another sweet roll, for dinner tonight.

If the weather improves by the weekend, I plan to havr a friend come over and smoke a huge fillet of Pacific Salmon. I love smoked Salmon.
