Black beans and cheese, grilled potatoes and ground beef, scrambled eggs, and chili-lime flavored chips. (really I'm trying to finish some food I have in the fridge) and water to drink. I drink 8-10 glasses a day.

We had subs last night. I had Cheetos with it and DC had broccoli cheddar soup.

On my day off I like to spend a little more time making dinner. So yesterday...I looked thru my fav Pinterest possibilities and found creamy gnocchi with butternut squash and spinach.

It was really really good. I plan to do that again!

I don't like to use soups from cans...way to much salt in canned stuff.

I bought an Instapot (pressure cooker), so I'm going to go look up something yummy to make.

I'm glad you discovered a recipe that was yummy. It's great to find a recipe, try it out and realize you have one that's a winner.

Best of luck! I know they can be a time saver, and make meats tender. It will be great for cooking in the winter time.

I'll try to bbq a steak if there's any propane left in the tank...no idea...I should have gotten one with a meter on it. Though i do like the risk of eating raw meat.

I will probably go to Central Market and do their salad bar and cream of mushroom soup, with their saltine crackers. They have an incredible cream of mushroom soup.
