Last night, I had an early dinner of a sub on honey oat with bacon and all the veggies except hot peppers and onions. I got Chipotle Southwest sauce on the side so I was able to control how much I used and it. was. delish! Water to drink.

This evening it will be shepherd`s pie with veggies, extra veggies in the pie too and less meat, pudding will be creme caramel.

sautéed onions, red peppers and zucchini, some chopped up pepperoni, topped with sausage, mozzarella and parm cheeses. Sprinkled dry red peppers on top.

Not to bad.
