1) a good credit score (comes in handy for a multitude of reasons).
 2) a bunch of good luck (I could use a bunch of that, right now, lol)  3) Time to savor a sunrise or a sunset.  4) a manicure and a pedicure (it's that time of the month, again).  5) A hot air balloon ride at sundown; to sail in the air, over a body of water, near beautiful mountains (I wanna do that, soon)
