I had bakery pizza that I decorated with finely shredded triple cheddar cheese plus a huge salad of romaine, tomato, carrots and light OG dressing. Water to drink and root beer barrels for dessert.

Bakery pizza, or pizza strips, is a New England thing. If you don't know what I'm talking about, here you go.

Meatloaf in the oven now. Added, jalapeno🌶🌶

Air fryer has zucchini,onion,red peppers and sliced baby carrots. Trying sesame oil on them tonight.

Ice water with lemon as libation.

Two Apple Sage smoked Veggie sausages by Field Roast; a handful of chopped kale and two big chunks (buds) of cauliflower. All pan seared in coconut oil; then topped off with my favorite Caesar salad dressing, with a sprinkling of chia seeds. It hit the spot after a busy day at work.

I defrosted the extra pan of turkey and celery dressing I made at Thanksgiving. We also had cranberry sauce and carrots sauteed in butter.
Also, a Little Debbie Chocolate Christmas Tree cake.

I had a Lloyd's bbq pulled pork sandwich on a toasted roll with pickle chips, mustard potato salad, a piece of Parmesan garlic Texas toast, red seedless grapes, sweet tea with a H2O chaser and root beer barrels for dessert.

Meatless Veggie Sticks (like Fish Sticks), with melted Chao Field Roast 'Cheese' on top and a sprinkling of Chia seeds too. Fresh Lemon sliced up, to squeeze over the Veggie Sticks. Grilled Cauliflower buds (with my favorite vegan Caesar non-dairy dressing on the side).

Quart of water (room temp), to sip on.

Hot herbal tea, later for dessert.

I got a craving so I had an eye of round, seared hard and seasoned simply with sea salt and pepper, plus a steamed veggie medley, toasted whole grain naan, a salad of cukes, tomatoes, carrots, romaine and light OG dressing and a few twists of pepper. Water to drink and precisely 3 root beer barrels for dessert. I'm trying to be good tonight.

I had 4 meals today so my first dinner was another eye of round with steamed veggies and a Halo and water to drink. Lots of water.

My second dinner was chips and pico de gallo. Water to drink and a big ole handful of root beer barrels. I'm less concerned with being good tonight.
