Made spaghetti sauce a couple of days ago and decided on something else so tonight is spaghettini and meat balls in home made sauce. Dipping with sourdough bread. Parmig. cheese to finish it off.

Well my sister stopped at a local diner trying to help them during the covid lockdown. Their specialty is fried chicken....I hear a knock on my door,......I open the door '
"Here" hands me unexpectedly fried chicken and Jo-Jos.

I don't eat fried chicken and Jos.....baked chicken YES!

I picked at it pulled all the skin and breading off. We will have to have another talk.

It just so happens me and Mary were in Tacoma yesterday for a medical appointment! I don't like jos but Mary loves them, I would of gladly taken that chicken off your hands....

Rolling around ideas for a meal with left over brisket tonight. Thinking a brisket noodle bowl...some kind of Pho. I have all the goodies for it! Loaded with asparagus, carrot, red pepper. I have Thai basil, fresh on my balcony. I even have a lime to squeeze on top....hmmm, dinner time yet?
