Kind of played it by ear — I had some thawed ground turkey so I sautéed fresh garlic and kale, and mixed that into the turkey, adding turmeric, salt and pepper, and frying it as a patty with green beans thrown into the skillet too. I put on the lid and let it all cook for a while. It was really good.

I plan to pack up a picnic basket full of Birthday goodies and go to a beautiful place nearby and enjoy the late afternoon sunshine and watch the sun sink into a beautiful sunset. Once the sunset commences, I plan to have a big slice of birthday cake, then return home for a few sips of Pink champagne.
