I had a chicken breast, a Honey Crisp apple, a salad with what feels like 100 ingredients and Keto mix of nuts & seeds with some dried cherries mixed in. Water to drink.

Kale and spring-mix salad: with fresh blueberries, sliced banana, bits of pineapple, smoked almonds and a splash of mango salsa. We had this for supper yesterday, so we're having it again. It was simply delicious.

I was perfectly happy to make burger dips again for the third time this month until I read this. Now the thought of going in the kitchen to make it has me feeling as if I've been sentenced to the gallows and am on my way there. That's okay I'll just have more of what I had for lunch for dessert, lemon meringue pie, that ought to cheer me up.

Rico's brother (and his wife) is coming over tonight for dinner. His wife makes and amazing Pumpkin pie, with Pecan crust and a dreamy topping.

I'm making a tray of fresh veggies with black olives and a creamy artichoke spread with bits of chopped jalapeño.

We ordered a family size dinner from a German restaurant, so Rico will pick it up and bring it home.

Looking forward to visiting with Rico's brother and wife and the lovely time we will have tonight.

When I'm a little rested, the plan is to make popcorn with lots of butter for dessert. I wish I had some powdered salt. No actually I wish I had french fries and some powdered salt.

I had a late lunch so technically it was a fruit salad including strawberries, grapes, pineapple, watermelon, honey dew melon, cantaloupe, kiwi and blueberries. Water to drink.

I had raspberry wings, salad, and pizza.

We went to this funky pizzeria with incredible food and an amazing live band and dined al fresco.

Dessert was an amazing chocolate cake with raspberry filling and raspberry flavored frosting with chocolate shavings. It was divine!

I’ll work it off tomorrow…
