Morning lofters,happy 4th to u all.Not doing much at the momnet but laundry and watching syfy.Im feeling sort of poorly with a case of bactreial infartion in my guts and antibiotice bout to do me in...how I got this I will never know..no fun .

Sorry that you aren't feeling well Rock...Yes stomach stuff can be the worst. What a way to spend the holiday.
I am just here at home Just woke up from a nap a bit ago...was doing some cleaning in the yard and my back started bothering me. I have a disk in my low back that is degenerating...which causes pain. Take care all and have a great week end.
