I had a great dinner, large shrimp with all the trimmings and to start seafood gumbo. Almost as good as my mother makes it. Yummy.

Jo is outta town for the week on business so i cooked tonight

cubed steak,mashed potatoes,brown gravy and green beans....wasnt too bad...a lil salty bc im not used to her salt shaker and it comes out much faster than what mine did...all in all tho i had very little left so thats always a good sign...rooster gets to decide tomorrow between chili and hamburger helper

Just had this for lunch and it is really good. Still have some left, so thinking I will just have it for dinner as well along with a spinach salad.

Ham Roll Ups

The filling consists of diced smoked lox salmon, softened cream cheese, sour cream, basil, chives and a good sprinkling of old bay. Good stuff!

Oh that sounds good don't know what I am having yet but need to start dinner soon because 5 or 6 rolls around soon...maybe a weight watchers dinner and asparagus and salad...
