ok..I have to ask. In this situation, if a sub acted like this, is it the sub who is the problem or the Dominant? Or is this just the dynamic that is agreed upon by the two?

The OP is actually a snippet of something that I read on a blog somewhere, and was written by a genuine Dom who was hashing out different subjects and also showing the sense of humor facets of individuals etc etc. I think it's perhaps being misconstrued in this context without further explanation, hence the confusion....

nods to Lady Snow. When I decided to step into this world, one of the things that drew me to it, was the behavioral codes of both the Domme and Sub, Mistress/slave. The level of trust and sincerity, and the degree of earned reciprocal respect that is shown between the two should be obvious to themselves, but also to the world around them, yes? I would be horrified, literally horrified if a submissive ever acted this way to their Domme in front of me. And God help them if they were mine! Or am I being too stuffy?
