I tried a new recipe for Beef Stroganoff, my hunny is allergic to mushrooms so I had to do some diggin...OMG it came out so good, I love to cook so much that the size of my ass can now attest to it...oh well better to be fluffy and happy then skinny and hungry I always say...

I had smoked mozzarella fonduta, salad, breadstick, gorgonzola steak medallions in an alfredo sauce and a balsamic dressing drizzle, and an apple and caramel hot dessert with vanilla ala mode. Oh, and a strawberry siciliano (or whatever they are called now).

We are going with my Parish to a local fire hall to eat dinner. The menu is obviously going to be fish (cod), salads of all kinds, fruit, coffee/tea/sodas, and cookies/cakes for dessert.
