Hi Veggie Lovers,
Well, the detox has worked amazingly up at 3 o'clock this morning yes the earliest so far soon I won't need the alarm clock as I'm waking IT up...smiling So, made my H2O w/lemon did some "work" until gym time today did my weights 30 mins a quickie I know and treadmill for 30 min elliptical for 30 mins ran home protein after work-out green smoothie showered dressed out the door in the car at the office saw pts did paperwork...home now green juice/green smoothie...delicious relaxing...may "work" this evening have energy to spare green smoothie tonight: folks everything is organic unless otherwise specified last of the green juice strawberries raspberries blueberries broccoli Vit D3 Vit C aloe vera soft tofu (non-GMO) no banana YB try it without the banana think you'll like it have a great evening, Greco |
