Looking at employment listings. I love my job. I don't want to leave my job. BUT...if we are going to be getting a pay cut (on top of the fact that we already make next to nothing since we are nonprofit), then I may have to look elsewhere. Looking through listings tonight, I realize there is not a whole lot out there, especially in my local area.
