Hello all, Starbuck here. I just quit 4 days ago, the first two were cold turkey. But I've since adopted nicotine patches, and let me say how excited I am that they work for me! Now if I could kick the weed habit too, I'd be all good.

Go you Starbuck. One addiction at a time huh. Get yourself a bong or nice pipe for smoking weed without tobacco for the time being.
I'm glad the patches work for you. You'll still need plenty of willpower though. Just remember there are no reasons to start smoking again, just excuses. Holler if you need support. When I gave up I found it helpful to post about it pretty much daily (on another website), it was useful to write about it and what worked for me, what didn't and how I felt. Good Luck Starbuck. Dig those heels in! |

I'm gritting my teeth because I want a cigarette right now. It's not time to change my patch yet but maybe that would help, weed didn't
