I had been contemplating eating a piece of coconut 3 layer cake by Pepperidge Farm and contemplated myself right into a slice of it after an hours thought

had a small bowl of Chicken Enchilada soup, with crispy tortilla strips, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar jack cheese and a tiny dollop of sour cream on top. Also had 1/2 of a grilled cheese sandwich.

It was on the cool side here today, fall weather. I love a good homemade soup in the fall and winter!

I am going to have to look up my old recipe for Louisiana Gumbo, and make a big pot of that soon. Yummo!
