1. My brother let me take ONE photograph of him and he NEVER let's anyone do that.
 2. Even though I didn't take her up on her offer, upon entering the Kate Spade store my partner said I should pick out any one hand bag that I liked...price didn't matter. I picked a pretty thermos that was on sale for $20 instead.  I simply cannot rationalize spending $455 on a purse!  3. My boss actually hugged me when I arrived at the office this morning. 4. My kids both squealed when I picked them up from their dad this morning. And Sophia wanted to hear every detail of our trip. 5. We stayed in a 200 sq. ft. room in Soho and she never got tired of me. At least not that she verbalized.

After a weekend away, Poodleboy greeted me at the door with his favorite new toy....
My daughter calls me every day to tell me what is going on in her life, and to ask about, and celebrate mine.... All weekend, I felt secure, cherished, and protected... Even when talking about the 'difficult' stuff, hy still looks at me with love, wonder, and awe... Hy touched my heart, and held it gently, just that easily. |

My son cleaned the inside of my car and my daughter helped me with the outside. (she did most of it)

Even when I bring an 8 week old puppy home... my best buddy and biggest love bug smooch pooch still loves me, doesn't get mad and curls up with me as if I'm the center of his world. No puppy will ever take his place or share the connection we do. He came into my life when I needed him most... and shows me every day that, no matter how often I mess up or if I'm a bad mommy short on patience, he loves me and is always here to listen and offer comfort.
