I have no idea. Hopefully something light as I ate too much at a fair yesterday. I have a lot of eggplant and other vegetables from the garden to use up. I can stir fry them in a little olive oil. Maybe with brown rice on the side.
It's kind of early to think about dinner!

last night at work I had some good cabbage and bacon soup, couple pieces of brdd fish and a salad.
tonight we had late lunch / early dinner chinese included a few of my favs, hot and sour soup, crab rangoon, spring rolls. |

A pasta salad I threw together with local tri-colour grape tomatoes, snap peas, carrots, tuna and whole wheat pasta, dressed with a dressing I made from white wine vinegar, olive oil, cumin, and garlic honey.
I ate a little too much of it, and now I'm too full!

Super basic tonight...onions, garlic and pancetta lightly seared in olive oil and then tossed over spaghetti. (Apparently it's a carbo loading night) fresh Reggiano grated atop and a glass or two of Sauv blanc. Oh, and a chunk of crusty bread, of course.

I had a protein bar.....I find I'm not terribly fond of the texture.....and some fruit....a plum and a nectarine.... I had some lunch with Teddy around 1pm so it's not like I was ravenous....

I made chicken that was marinated in honey garlic sauce, couscous, veggies (green & yellow stringbeans with carrots) and Salad (romaine, red/yellow/orange peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pickles, olives, hot peppers & bacon bits). Have plenty of leftovers for lunch

No dinner tonight! The lovely Armenian Orthodox Cathedral on my block had its annual festival, and the Middle Eastern food was divine! Lunch was ample and carried me through! I had a platter of fatoush salad, baba ghanoush and grilled lamb and chicken chunks, with pita bread, iced water, and double espresso with a pistacchio baklava. Delish!
