last night we made hamburger, cheese, onion enchiladas, whole grain brown rice and for dessert, vanilla ice cream with chocolate drizzle and cinnamon bunuelos.

Last night was leftover lasagna...always even better the second night around....tonight I'm gonna put a homemade rub on some chicken breasts and let them sit in the fridge till teddy gets home to throw em in the over...should have a good taste by then

I was thinking onion potatoes with it since we have 10 lbs of taters to use up....lol I over shop sometimes....
