tonight is a new recipe...stuffed chicken breast with feta, mushroom and spinach in a buttery garlic mushroom sauce. i think ill make some rice to go along side and a glass of wine. lovely!

Threw together a stir fry of sugar snap peas with tri-color sweet red/yellow/orange peppers (pinch of sea salt and grape seed oil, and sweet thick soy) on top of slightly scorched brown rice (adds a nutty element and crunch) then flavored Japanese style with a couple pats of butter and seaweed sprinkles. Feeling full and healthy. Warm green tea went along well.

Well it was going to be pasta with creamy pesto sauce, but I'm thinking of adding some fresh spinach to it. Maybe some more garlic and some of that thick smokey bacon, hmmmmm

Oh and grilled Italian sausage
And a Caesar salad...

Oooooo la la, sounds good to me.

Oh, and I just happen to have a cold bottle of sparkling Zinfandel.

( this post is good, reminds what I have in the kitchen)
