Leftover mac and cheese. I made it with
2 blocks of seriously sharp cheese, 2 blocks of smoked gouda, 1 block of Cooper sharp, and a small block of American....1 Lb box of medium shells, and half a quart of milk. Wowzah! So smooth and yummy!

Side note: Some of the cheese came from Smith's Country Cheese up in MA.

we are having home made reubens! It's my fave sammich..and since I don't eat beef anymore, it's impossible to get one...so I bought turkey pastrami and we got the rest of the fixins to go with!

also having watermelon cuz they looked soooo good...and WERE!

Bowl of fruit, fresh cantaloupe, banana, strawberries and black berries

Oh, and my neighbor sent over a sample of her butter bean goulash. Better than Lima beans, just saying. Oooh, and a piece of corn bread came with it.

Vegan Chili made with 3 kinds of bean and Quinoa topped with salsa and dipped with corn tortillas.

after that, now I want bacon cheeseburger... what is it about healthy food that makes me crave the naughty stuff?!
