I made pork tenderloin in the crock pot (with honey garlic sauce) along with potatoes, broccoli & carrots. I also made some pork tenderloin in the fry pan with the honey garlic sauce cut into medallions. My son and I both enjoyed.

Pot roast (in crockpot after being seared on all sides beforehand) Yummy veggies to keep the roast company (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery) A side of egg noodles instead of potato for the kiddo who will not eat yummy veggies that have "touched onions" in the crockpot. green beans rolls tea Katniss~~(trying really, really, really hard not to return to the kitchen and bake some brownies...) |

Steamed chicken on rice with a bit of roast pork and some sprouts. With a side of deep fried tofu and sweet potato chips. I suppose that's heavy on the carbs. I could lighten it with some sherbet!
