I did not have Moe's.
Instead, we found a cute little Tuscan restaurant with great ambiance as well as food.
Shrimp Mediterranean....spicy jumbo shrimp on a bed of orzo & farra with broccoli mini florets, asparagus, spinach, mushrooms in a creamy lemon and amaretto sauce...OMG was it good.

There was a choice of pumpkin filled ravioli that sounded just as good. I did not get that though. It was on a bed of orzo and sweet potatoes diced in a pumpkin/sweet potato sauce.

Seeing as I just walked in from the grocery store, it has to be super quick n easy tonight because I am so hungry my stomach thinks my throat is cut.

I am going to make a burger with a mixture of beef, pork, and veal ground meat, steam some chayote squash and carrots, and heat up some collard greens.
