Not sure yet. Friends called and said they were coming over with "something for supper and, not to worry, they'd also cook that "something". I LOVE my friends.

I only had a short time between clients and was in an unfamiliar section of Asheville. I passed a restaurant called Nine Mile. Only restaurant around...so I googled and it was Cari

Caribbean food (forgive my spelling...maybe) so I had jerk chicken over linguine...it was soooo good and spicy. They threw in veggies and garlic bread on the side. It was a good linner

cleaned out freezer abit.made soup threw in partial bags of frozen veggie,white sweet potato,kidney beans,2 large sweet onions,hamburger, beans,garlic ..... simmered and added a blip of cottage cheese as I served myself yum!

Cheesy potato soup, adding mesquite sausage for fun. Topping with sour cream and more cheese!

Maybe blueberry muffins if the evening goes in my favor 😋

I picked up a nice London broil from the butcher yesterday...
I'm preparing a lovely bearnaise to accompany it, as well as Caesar salad,
fresh green beans sauteed in bacon, and grilled garlic-butter baguettes.

I ran like a crazy lady today so I picked up a four cheese n spinach pasta thing from Trader Joes....then had some jalapeno cheddar summer sausage I got at the farmers market...put it on crackers. It was GOOD.

Summer sausage is new to me. My friend served it at New Years and I rather like it....

Made a big ole pot of it,hence therefore,
