But...Ummm....Again, to be honest, as i'm typing this i just munched down hot tamale candies, a set of wax lips, 4 bite size snickers...and um for lunch I had pad thai...

I'm in my happy place.........

Seriously, when I'm struggling is when I honestly think I need y'all the most. It's easy to stay motivated when the scales are showing good numbers but when you hit that lull or have a binge day, is when you really need that little whisper of encouragement to help put you back on track.
