Hi All,
Well, I am no longer going to be part of this thread until I get my act together. I haven't been doing well for a few months now. I've been wicked bad... I'll spare you the details of what I've been consuming for food, and to be honest my tastebuds have been beyond happy....My gut on the otherhand has not. I'm proud of all you peeps for doing well and if not doing so well, for getting back on the wagon and trying again... But...Ummm....Again, to be honest, as i'm typing this i just munched down hot tamale candies, a set of wax lips, 4 bite size snickers...and um for lunch I had pad thai... I'm in my happy place......... I think I'm even ok with it! Quote:

Thanks everyone for your responses and support!
Today wasn't the day that I stepped away from sugar, but I am preparing for it. Tomorrow I am meeting My niece at the gym she trains at and becoming a member. I will at least have a little support and a friendly face when our schedules jive. I also glued back on the little round thing-a-ma-bobs on the bottom of My practically brand new scales that I have been terrified to get on. So it's coming together, one step at a time.
